Billing questions
- Who will process my payment?
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, invoices, VAT and sales tax, and customer service inquiries about billing and returns.
- Are taxes included in the price?
- Yes. Prices are in US dollars and already include VAT or sales tax where it applies, so the price you see is what you pay. Paddle may show it in your local currency at checkout.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time, from the link in your receipt email or by contacting us. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and it does not renew after that.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. If Pro is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you get the full amount back. See the refund policy for details.
- Is Pro investment advice or a signals service?
- No. Pro gives you more of Marlin's data, tools and research. It does not include trading signals, personal recommendations or managed accounts.
