    My Trading System

Your reason, energy, rules and calendar in one plan.

Nine steps, one tap each: why you trade, how your energy is, one focus, a written strategy, risk limits, a trade calendar, what you study, your environment and a prop review. Nothing leaves your browser, and nothing here is a signal.

For the trading day itself (news windows, session times, a five-point checklist) use Marlin Today; to log each trade, use the Trading Journal.

    Careful

Tilt alert: stop before the next trade

After a loss, anger or the urge to win it back can run the day. A short checklist for that moment.

This is a self-check for traders, not medical advice. If stress or losses are affecting your health or your life, talk to a professional.

How to use it Fill one step a day, then keep it up to date.
    • Open a step, write in your own words, close it. The tick appears when it has content.
    • Set the energy slider and your mood each morning: the day check updates at once.
    • Mark the calendar at the end of the day: prepared, traded, or clear.
    • Once a month, read it and change one thing.
Why energy comes first Poor sleep and noise cost more than a bad setup.

Decisions get worse when you sleep little, scroll feeds or carry a conflict into the session. The energy and mood fields are there so you notice it before you place a trade, not after the loss.

Why not every day Fewer planned sessions, reviewed properly.

A weekly cap on trading days makes the other days free for review and rest. Pick the days in step six and keep the cap realistic for your life.

    Frequently asked questions

Is what I write sent anywhere?

No. Everything stays in this browser (local storage). We do not receive your reason, goals, notes or calendar. Clearing site data, or the Clear button, removes it.

Does the planner tell me what to trade?

No. It has no prices, signals or predictions. It helps you write down your own rules and check that you are prepared.

What does the day check mean?

A plain self-check from three things you enter: energy, mood and sleep. If two are low it suggests a lighter or no-trade day. It is not trading advice.

Why a calendar of traded days?

Many traders do better with fewer, planned sessions. The calendar shows the days you prepared and the days you traded against your own weekly cap. It never rewards trading more.

    What is tilt?

Tilt is trading on emotion after a loss or a mistake: revenge trades, bigger size, ignored rules. The tilt checklist lists early warning signs and a short reset. It is a self-check, not advice.

Where do I get the risk numbers?

From your firm's own rules page and your plan. The lot size calculator shows what a given risk means in lots for a funded account.
