Educational content, not advice

Everything on Marlin is provided for information and education. It is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice, not a personal recommendation, and not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. We do not provide trading signals. Market states such as "bullish", "neutral" or "bearish" describe an analytical view of available information; they are not predictions or instructions to trade. Read the risk disclosure before making any decision.

Trading CFDs, forex, commodities and other leveraged products carries a high risk of losing money quickly. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should seek independent advice where appropriate.

Paid plans and billing

Marlin is free to use. A paid plan, Marlin Pro, is being prepared and is described on the pricing page; this section applies when you buy it.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy, you also accept Paddle's buyer terms.

• Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. They include VAT or sales tax where it applies; Paddle shows the total, in your local currency if needed, before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds follow our refund policy, including a full refund within 14 days of a first payment.
• Price changes apply from your next renewal and are announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
• Personal use: a Pro plan is for one person. Do not share your access or resell Marlin data; business use is available on request.
• What Pro is not: Pro adds data, tools and research. It is not investment advice, a signals service or a promise of trading results, and the sections above on advice and risk apply in full.

We may suspend a plan that is used in breach of these terms. If we stop offering Pro, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

Third-party sites and widgets

The website links to and embeds third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, structure, tools and design of Marlin belong to its operator. You may quote short excerpts with a clear attribution and a link back to the source page. Please do not republish articles in full or present our work as your own.

Limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage, including trading losses, arising from the use of, or reliance on, the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
